Okay, I have replaced the cats, the muffler and the front 2 O2 sensors hoping this would fix my problem. It has 117k so it was time to replace the O2 sensors anyway and I just like flowmasters. Anyway, when I floor it, it sputters and almost dies. As long as I don't push the gas pedal all the way down it will go, but as soon as I want to accelerate faster it sputters. I am assuming this is a fuel delivery issue. How can I check to see if the fuel pump is malfunctioning. Any other ideas.

Thanks,

Amature Garage Mechanic

I would check the fuel filter.

Believe it or not, I was going to get one last night at AutoZone, but they closed before I got there. It is on the list for tonight.
