Personally I liked the Adventure Rack post in the for sale board. Remember kids, do not put a D1 rack on a D2, and put a 60" high lift on an arb bumper.

So, what was your favotire?

My personal favorite was when Mr. Lee christened my truck a "MAR Assault Vehicle". I've been calling my disco an MAV ever since!

PS- We should also hold a moment of silence for the various poor souls who were banned from DiscoWeb by the Masters. "Idiot Season" lasts all year long, apparently.

You know, it still pisses me off that some loser pulled that sticker off my window.

I think the F.L.I.P. one was funny.

Dare I ask? What was the sticker, and what was the "Guys in the office" thread? Dare we utter the vile words "Richmond Chicks" or "Scouts"?

Karen ;)

Had to have been at least 2001 if not late 2000... Of course I get my years all mixed up.. Remember, I thought Discoweb was around in 98 and I was wrong..

"Richmond Chicks" was very entertaining ... hmmmm, I have to think about this, there were several ... I think the "F.L.I.P." was a number one contender. Oh, I'm thinking of a few more ... "Sand Ladders" was another (was that 2002?). Haha! Going to have some good ole holiday fun & cheer, digging into the archives :)

Almost forgot!! Well, this one wasn't really flaming that much, (I better go back and read it again) but one of my fav's was "East Coast vs. West Coast" (or vice versa) :)

sniff, sniff, now I'm starting to get all sentimental

This one had me in stitches:

Warn or Hella?

Mr. Lee at his finest! A beautifully executed flaming! It evolves into a high-end wrist watch thread and somehow manages to combine lights and watches into a tumultuous multiple flaming. Fascinating indeed!

My favorite was the thread that originated after Uwharrie Safari (Aka Dirt Road Safari) It was a friendly thread about everyone's Dogs, but as usual, something caused a cook off.....

see this goes to show there were too many great threads. now i am remembering all of these. so much love and joy spread throughout the year on one site alone seems unfair.

Steve, that's right, the Warn or Hella thread!!! Another dandy, and I benefited nicely from that one ... If it weren't for that thread, I would have never known that Luminox makes HD dive watches for women as well! (I got one for my birthday, wearing it now as a matter of fact :))

Paul, for the love of God, I almost forgot about the dog thread! ... I think that one is right up there in the # 1 contender category as well!

The dog thread was a fun read. By the time I found it and was going to post a pic of my pooch in our truck it had pretty much gone to heck.

Side note: For those of you with some (minor) pooch discipline probs but you don't like hitting or zapping your dog: A strong verbal correction followed immediately by a couple drops of lemon juice into the mouth (drops, not squirts!) does wonders. We heard this tip on NPR and it helped with a couple things we couldn't break our Golden of (sneaking up the stairs and jumping on people). If she does it again, we usually just have to show the bottle.

Well, it wasn't the most intensive flaming and it was pretty recent but for pure comedic value this one is definitly high up on my list:

Anybody interested on buying Hella Ligths

I dunno, any thread that bleeds over into or from another forum is gotta be pretty powerful. When was that Xterra thread? Or that XJ thread. Those were pretty funny.
