Hi all,
I'm considering purchasing a 94 Discovery, 118K miles, auto transmission. The vehicle is cosmetically in excellent shape and the engine seems to have plenty of power. A fair amount of oil and grease on bottom side of engine though. The thing is fairly noisy, engine, transmission, road noise, though I understand that's normal.
It looks like the dashboard has been taken apart and not put back together properly (or impossible to put back together?). Where the dash meets the windshield, the dash is not tucked under the black thing (sorry) and is at a 30-40% angle from flat. This is the only cosmetic problem.
Can someone tell me what to look for as potential problems and things that may go wrong at this mileage. Sorry for being so open ended.
I haven't owned a Landrover before.
