Has anybody heard of ,or actually done, one of those machined engine flushes? They back-flush a cleaner throughout your engine to dissolve and remove all contaminants. Suppose to increase MPG and lower emissions, etc. aside from significantly prolonging engine life. I just wonder if this cleaner MAY harm your engine in SOME way or is it safe and actually beneficial since merely changing your oil can't keep your engine totally clean and after a while tiny particles and sludge will build up. I want to be EXTREMELY anal about maintaining this rig so I can have it forever with as LITTLE problems as possible.
