Someone posted recently that you could buy an adapter at Radio Shack to make a phone charger fit tighter in the Cigar Lighter. I checked my local RS and their web site and could not find it. Anyone know a model number or where I can get one?

hmm, dunno.. mine fits fine after i went ahead and bent out the little prongs on the side of the adaptor.

My cell phone's cig. adapter came with one, you might want to go to an electronics store other than Radio Shack, but i'm surprised that you didn't find one there. Hope that helps... |

YES! It's at Radio Shack. They sel them in a pack of a few sizes. Just describe what you need to the dude at the counter. It's a COMMON item. |

I tried to search for the thread and I could not find it. Thank you Craig. Now if you have a part number or item number from Radio Shack I would apprecaite it b/c they don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

They have a web-site w/ an on line catalog. Go find it!
If that don't work the store has a catalog and if you describe it clearly the nerd behind the counter should be able to find it. |

I went to a store and they said they did not have it so I went to the Radio Shack web site and could not find it. I emailed them and they said that they do not carry such a product. I've done my due diligence here I'm asking for some help. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? |

i checked the web site. do you know for a fact that they carry a product like this? I could not find it on their site.

Their site is not really easy to navigate but they have a fat catalog. If you can't find the part or item you want online, order their catalog. |
