I have problems with 2nd gear on my 94 Disco (Manual transmission). I have problems selecting 2nd gear (crunching) and it also jumps out of 2nd. The local LR dealer wants to replace the transmission unit for $4000 ($6000 to do clutch etc). Does anyone know of any good transmission shops in the Denver area that may be more reasonable and trusted to work on Rovers?
