I saw an '03 with the revised headlights and fog lamps...it had the 4.6L engine...and after some research i found out that the North American '03 Disco is the only one with that engine....anyway...i wanted to know if the cdl was back...and when it disappeared....have any DII's come with a cdl...thanks,

No Series II with CDL, after August all NA 03 Discos will have CDL.
