I see the normal shit you see from desert or southern trucks. The sun cooks the top edge of the door panels and bakes the black paint off the exterior of the pillar posts.
It's impossible to tell from a picture. You gotta look inside the rear door striker area. That's the first to go. Then you look in the sill area of the rear door ( above and inboard of the bumper) I also look at the top of the 3rd brake light to see if it's got white stains from water running in the top of the door. Then look close at the seals around the rear quarter glass and the alpine windows. If it's got bumpy look to the surface then it's got rust growing in under the seal.
