New powder coated d-rings. Also added some non-slip to the bumper and also ran a strip along the roof just below the rack at the top of the ladder.

Looks nice. I have exactly the same Hi-Lift mounts, but I have it rotated down so the jack sits inside the rack. You would save yourself quite of bit of height on an already tall truck. Looks like a .50 cal mounted up there.

Go out and get some scratches on it.
And for shits sake, get it stuck so you can wear that powder coat off of those d-rings.

You're still missing the component that gets used about 50x as much as any other modification on my truck. Rock sliders.

A touch of Anti seize on the threads of the D rings goes along way when you're trying to take them off after being exposed to the weather... Along the same lines, cover the highlift jack or it wont work when you need it to.

What's your plan for a front plate?

Well, options in following order:

1. Leave it at home until I get a fixit ticket then have my cop buddy sign it off.
2. Leave it on the dash.
3. Use one of those plate brackets that just snap into the fairlead (until it gets stolen or gets knocked off on the trail)
4. Physically mount it somewhere permanently.
