Find your local tattooed, pierced, tooth-missing muffler guy and have him bend tubing to fit with his cheapest "lifetime" muffler and be done.
Sadly, my muffler guy is not tattooed, has no piercings that I know of and has pretty good dentition, but he can eyeball a piece of tubing and have a new exhaust done in no time. It's not worth my time nor money to do it myself.
