    Random, intermittent idle problem

I had similar issues a while back. I replaced the fuel pump and problem went away.

Confirm my fears of head gasket issues?

Well guys, I think it's head gasket time. At least I hope thats it, but I have a bad feeling that it's not. So here's what I got. The past few weeks I have had some issues with starting and the truck idling really rough until I rev it up a few times. I figured fuel pump was causing this...

    consistently worse MPG recently

Tune up. I'd go with 8mm wires. As mentioned above, Seafoam is great. I run it through my DI just about every time I change my oil.

Poor MPG + Knock under Load

Maybe dirty injectors or some kind of build up? Have you tried running a system cleaner like SeaFoam?

    Help me decide...

I agree. I actually own all three. I have a 7.62X39 AK (Romainian), personally built 5.56X45 M4, and a 7.62X51 SOCOM 16(M1A). By far my favorite of the three is the M1A. But considering you don't like the price tag, I'd go with the AR platform. Very easy to find parts, easy to work on or repair...

X2. I experienced similar issues when I first became a LR owner and used 87.

Wiring a wroking lamp to reverse lights: Help needed

I've been looking through the Rave for about an hour now and can seem to find what I'm after. I'm trying to re-wire one of my rear working lamps to be wired in with my reverse lights. Does anyone know which wire I need to slice into?

    Considering dropping my own trany

Thats something youre going to want to have to proper equipment to do if you ask me. Youll be able to drop it, but I think getting back in right might be a different story. It possible, but I think you'll be biting off more then you want to chew.
