headliner express used to be the move but they're raised their prices like crazy. you'll need a 64" wide roll, which is extremely hard to find, or you need a 60" roll that can be stretched to fit, which you'll have to ask about...
that is exceptionally good. I'm at 195-201 sitting in traffic with the same mods and ambient at 100 (112 heat index). it's very humid here though, so that's probably the difference. I'd say you're exactly in the sweet spot now.

It's the fuse for the climate control unit under the steering wheel. blows everytime I put a new one in. The problem came up when I accidentally crossed the jumper cables when the battery died last. :banghead:
I have a fuse that keeps blowing everytime I put a new one in and a misfire I'm trying to hunt down. I need to locate all of the grounds. There's two in the passenger side of the engine bay that are easy to spot.
Does anyone have a diagram of where all the grounds are located on a DII...
I need a couple of good condition DII 4.6 fuel injectors (chasing down a misfire cause), a DII gas cap and 1 lug nut.

The more I think about it, the more it seems it must be the 02, and quite possible the cats needing replaced. I think I'll start with fresh driver side O2 sensors and go from there for now.
Plugs are brand new and the ones that were in there before were had a slightly rough texture on them...
It wouldn't be the end of the world to take the plenum off again. I'm going to clean the Throttle body and see if that helps the idle and go form there to check the injectors again. I'm also going to compression test soon as well.
Any other suggestions are still greatly appreciated!
04 DII was running rough , and would occasionally stumbled when first driving when the engine is cold.
Had these codes:
p1300 random misfire
p0305 cylinder 5 misfire
p0307cylinder 7 misfire
I also have live feed code reader connected to my phone. two O2 sensors reed between 0V and .4V. I...
I pulled it and it made it so much easier, especially since my truck has SAI. Replaced the coil packs, wires with 8mm magnacore, and new champion plugs. Gotta put it back together tomorrow. I put about 4 hours into it today. probably another 1-1.5 hours to reassemble tomorrow. definitely a 5...
If I remove the manifold to reach the coil packs better, do I absolutely have to put a new gasket in?
Could I run the car for about a week while I wait on a new gasket and then replace it then?
I have a cylinder #5 and #7 misfire. Going to try to change just the plugs first but may have to go...
