I have a 92 RRC, starts right up most of the time, it?s stranded me a few times lately, it cranks but no results, twice it?s been towed and as soon as the Rover is rolled off the tow bed it starts right up, both times, accompanied by a very noticeable valve rap. Any thoughts out there??

I've got a 97 disco that's overheating after a few miles and appears to be blowing coolant out through the reservoir tank, is this a shot water pump? any suggestions?
