I have a new in the box ABS shuttle valve, ended up not needing it. I opened the box to check it, that is all.

We have a Visio 4k from Costco, fit the bill for us, no complaints. I think there is a sale starting next week too. We might upgrade to the 55" for the living room and put the 42" in the bedroom.
I'd look for a vacuum leak too. I found a few on mine recently, intake tube was cracked, brake booster line at the intake was leaking and I missed a hose clamp on the valve cover breather. Cleared my codes and they haven't returned.. yet
I was throwing 4 codes, o2 sensor, MAF, misfire on 2, 5...
The first time I did the heads on another Rover I had coolant in the passages even after draining it. And my head gasket blew out from the back of the head on the passenger side. Just a thought.
Sounds like what I just went through. Mine turned out to be the front cover gasket. Easy to tell as all the coolant was in the oil pan. Yours sound like a head gasket. Especially with the loss of the coolant and running it hot, which they do not like, before it was opened. Only thing I can think...
My guess is a bad pulley, just did the heads on mine and had to do all the pulleys. It was whining like crazy, Im glad I did as one bearing was frozen and just spinning on the bolt.
Check all your hoses and clamps too, I found a cracked intake tube when searching for the whine.
