    Bleeding Clutch Method?

I have always just used a syringe and hose, putting the hose on the bleed valve of the secondary cylinder, pushing fluid up into the primary. Then I cycle the pedal about a 100 times to purge the air. No joke - 100 cycles of the pedal. Also, I'd search for your leak.

95 Disco Indicators act like hazards

I reset the inertia switch already. The truck starts and drives fine. I did unplug the alarm module and all lights worked fine, but this was before dealing with this fault.

95 Disco Indicators act like hazards

I've inspected the board and found a few suspect spots from moisture damage. I'd really like to swap it for one that looks healthier. This video is interesting though. Appreciate it!

95 Disco Indicators act like hazards

Looking for ideas on where else to look. I've replaced all bulbs, swapped the switch, hazard switch, unhooked the battery overnight, and checked all grounds. Still flashing at all four corners. I am having issues with the alarm module and looking for a replacement, so perhaps that might have...

    getting hot

You might want to also replace your water pump and viscus fan clutch. Replacing those two things will complete a full cooling system overhaul. What was your method to bleed the system when refilling? It sounds like you have air trapped that needs to be "burped" out. Also, unrelated to heat, but...

    RoverTracks Trailing Arm Bushings

Thanks for that thread link. I did find that same thread when doing a search, but it doesn't help me with the sleeves unfortunately. Not a huge deal, I'll just have to measure - but was hoping for some old Daystar part numbers for both.

Good shop (or friendly driveway :) ) in or near Durango, CO

Thank all, but I have it sorted now. Mike26, I did pass a D1 and D2 while I'm Durango. Moreover, we were actually just in town picking up a few things and going back to our camp in Silverton (or just outside). When we got back our friends that had stayed behind atvcamp said they had noticed a...

Heyo, we are an Oregon couple that have been on the road now for 19 days living out of our Discovery 1. We have a few more months to go, and have been dealing with an oil leak needing attention. I have dropped the sump and resealed while in a camp ground yesterday, but it's still leaking from...
