I did.. sounded a little rough with it in gear but when i took it out of gear and just let it idle with the truck emergency parking break on, it purred. it was only when I drove it.
as for the explosions, it literally sounded like muffled firecrackers going off under the hood on the drivers side.
it really sounded like the small explosion sounds were coming from under the hood...?
and i swear i could smell something burning. but maybe i was inflating it. possible low fluids somewhere?
