Hi All
Trying to get the gear shift knob off to ultimately gain access to the shift solenoid....popped the plastic cover on top and removed clip...is the thing supposed to pop straight off or is it screwed on...don't want to proceed without knowing and end up screwing it up.
Thanks!
Sean
The cold days in Florida are few and far between so the heater blowing super hot is not a huge concern....are there any other cooling benefits also, what about that jiggle pin...is it really necessary?
Just curious regarding thermostat temperatures....is there any benefit to going to a lower alternate temperature thermostat....from say a 190 to a 160??
Ash is right it's an EP9...have only used the thing 3 times...solenoid just sits there and clicks so we think its the motor...yet to take it out though...thing worked fine for the 1st couple winches but without warning (no sounds crackling nothing) just died as I was trying to let tension...
Recently updated to Heavy Duty Drag Link and Tie Rod....while installing the Drag Link, the steering got messed up and now there is far less travel to lock right than to lock to the left....is there a way to centralize the steering box, then reinstall the drag link and adjust the bar for any...
Stupid question but...Does anyone know if you need the adjusting sleeve on the heavy duty tie rods (specifically DAP HD steering arms) or is it good to go w/ just the LH/RH threaded TRE's?
Thanks!
I know it's a long shot but...I am looking to switch out the cable on my Superwinch EP9 w/ synthetic...anyone have an aluminum fairlead they are looking to get rid of?
If not, anyone know of a cheap place that I can find one?
I am looking to upgrade my cable line to synthetic. Probably somewhere in the 3/8" X 90' range........anyone have any recommendations for a place with reasonable prices that they were satisfied with??
Yeah..they look good I also like the DAP fender flares but $$ is a concern. My main concern is and I think by some of the responses the answer is yes but will the D2 flares be good enough to cover a large enough arch for the 35's...
