Ok Ive seen both RN11YC and RN12YC plugs quoted for D1 applications.....what gives! I know that dimensionally they are identical, but what if any are the operational differences between these two plugs?

What kind of symptoms would be seen from a failed or 'stuck' fuel pressure regulator, say it is stuck closed? Open?
