Looks like your battery ground is connected to an aluminum bracket. Try connecting it to steel. Or a bolt that goes into steel. Are you getting the ms light on the dash? P.S. don't make us search for your pics.:D

They are likely to be in the valley pan if they are not on the top of the transmission. Gently feel around in there with a small magnet.

:D Those tires will work just fine. You may have to adjust your steering stops a bit. With the steelies you may not have to. Make sure you get the lugnuts. You will likely have to trim the plastic sliders behind the front tires and remove the plastic inner fenders.
