Would the 109 III lugs be different than what they used on say a NAS '93 D110?

Because there are basically two differnt lug patterns, I just assumed that there would have been two different sized lugs used (as EE and others sell two differnt types of lug nuts depending on year and model). I see now my assumption may have been bad.

I guess I'd want the III lug size.

Series 1, 2 and early 2a are same pattern but different nut/stud than series 3 and later 90/110 which share same bolt pattern and lug nut.
This pattern and lug nut carries forward to the RRC and the series 1 discovery.
p38 RR and series 2 discovery have a different pattern and lug nut again!
Not sure about current models.

In short 109 parts may fit 90/110 depending on year, if you are using a 15/16" wheel wrench then you are working with early 1/2/2a .
1 1/16" wheel wrench on series 2a/3 90/110 disco/rrc.

Clear as mud???

Thx - yes. It is actually clear. I appreciate the info.

So I definitely need the thread/pitch of the lug stud for the series 3/90/110.

I know my D2 ('04 model) uses a 14mm x1.5 (fine thread pitch).
