Had this traded in on a defender 110. It was owned and loved by and engineer. He is a true LR enthusiast who built this truck into its present condition to be a daily driver. Has the series Patina. Runs excellent, has the usual rover leaks, frame isn't rusted through has had a few repairs. Starts right up first time, cruises and drives great. Wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere, past owner crossed the country several times in this truck. asking $4950. go to www.roversouteast.com or pictures here.

looks clean.. 3 quick questions... 1. Does the AC work? 2. You say it "cruises and drives great" does that mean the cruise control works? 3. We are looking for something to replace our Camry Hybrid.. Does it get good gas mileage?

yes, ac always works even in the winter, especially with the windows down.
yes cruise works fine, you can even go in the back and make a sandwich while it cruises (road must be really straight though)
Toyota actually designed the camry hybrid after this very truck. This truck was stored in Toyota's Research facility 20 miles under a volcano in Japan, as they studied its elegant design, and advanced aero dynamics.
I hope you are still interested, but you should know that it actually has a flux capacitor installed now so it will run on garbage. We had to keep Toyota on their toes.

a flux capacitor is useless unless the truck will get 88 mph.....

or does a flux capacitor require an 88" wheel base?
it is the law off 88s, in any other car 88mph is key, but the flux capacitor was designed for this particular vehicle at 88". that is why other cars need to reach the desired 88mph to bypass this, and create a sort of loophole affect.

Someone went through the trouble of replacing the bulkhead with that blue... thing... and they didn't just paint it while the rest of the body panels were not attached?

Put some paint on that thing and you'll sell it for another $1500.00 than whatever you are asking.

It can run on Garbage? Does that mean the truck also comes with a Mr. Fusion installed?
