Nice D1, worth about a third of what they are asking. I would say this is in the 20-24k range. It looks like an uber clean true camel trophy D1. So who thinks this is worth more than a clean D90? Not me.

Interesting. From a collector standpoint I would say it is probably worth around $25k. In fact I would say definitely more if it were not a damn '97. At least it isnt a CT Freelander.

Now if it were the American team '94 CT Disco then yes, $60k I could see depending on condition.

LOL at the sagging headliner. Fact is that it's just another old Disco with neato paint. The diesel motor is it's most appealing feature.

I thought they used Huskey10's?

EDIT: Err, maybe that is a Huskey, after a second look.

maybe the price includes the small rehoming fee from the place in the pictures w/ palm trees to the base of the fairy caves.

I could see that ending up in some Sultans parking garage next to other bling bling collectors cars...someone that farts 60k and appreciates (read poser)land rovers this might just sell for that.

but to a real ...going to use it enthusiast no chance. you could build something much cooler for half that.

Highmile, did I see the Series in your avatar in a RoversNorth or some other similar publication?

I agree. You could do a lot to a Disco for 30k, including a diesel motor. I guess some people just want it for the nostalgia, kind of like buying the toilet in Elvis' master bedroom.
