For the CDL housing, http://toddcosuspensions.com/diiilodi.html $300 plus shipping to the Virgin Islands...

The only parts I needed was oil to refill the T-case and some gasket maker RTV to seal it all back together.

I installed it all by my self and took pictures to make a write-up so it took a good 2-3 weekends since I had other things to do..

but I think it can be all done if in ONE weekend if you start at 8am and finish at 8pm each day...lol and have some help.

I just finished it over the weekend and tested it yesterday and WOW....
It's soooooooo worth it. I took it in trail that I have run before and usually my TC comes on A LOT and wheels slip here and there until the TC stops them....but with the t-case locked. i think i heard TC once or twice and tires slipped one or twice for half a second...

Has to be tons better with TC and the diff lock. My 03 has the diff lock but haven't installed the linkage yet. I need to get going on that one of these days.

No 03 comes with Diff lock. Those that have it have either installed CDL housing or complete locking t-case..

I kept my 03 t-case and just added the front housing. (which houses the hardware required to lock the t-case)

in the pictures it looks like the driveshaft flange in the new smaller kit is a shorter distance. did you have to get a longer driveshaft?

No, they are the same (at least I didn't notice a difference, I did the same CDL kit). Plus the drive shaft has a yoke so it can extend/with tract.
