Yes, rebuilt salvage, all paper work and inspection completed, it only needs normal registering as with any other truck.

Out of curiosity why does a vehicle with a MINOR fender bender have a salvage title?

sometimes its cheaper to sell the car at auction then to pay for repairs, especialy when land rover parts are so expensive. I can show you cars at copart that got salvaged for minor vandalizm, hail damage and so on... I hope this explains it for you.
