Going to sell my wife's 2004 Discovery "S" model because it sits and it needs work to pass NJ inspection.
I have a company car so this has sat needing some work to pass NJ inspection for a CEL on. I checked the code and it's for the EVAP system. I haven't had time to dive into it and check for the possible cracked vacuum lines. I don't foresee the interest or time anywhere in the future so it's going for sale. (Having two Rovers to work on when time permits is just too damn much) .
Has high highway miles of 175k. It's is black on black "S" model (so no sunroof, heated seats etc) runs excellent. Has valve cover gasket leak on driver's side and pass side window is inop at this time. Has broken rear in bumper tailight from some idiot in a Wawa parking and slight scratches in windshield from wife letting wiper tear without telling me.
No driveline noises and the locking diff works fine.
