Totally, doesn't make any sense.

I think it's just going to be one of those sad stories. An otherwise good guy(maybe) may have gotten himself into trouble, needs to come up with some dough, fabricates a mods list when his truck isn't getting the hits he expected and now it turns into this because he gets caught out.

And to those who know Tony, my intentions were not to sour any relationship or opinion you have. This situation just needed to be brought to light.

Sadly, it really makes me wonder how often this does happen. Who knows if any other buyer would have even checked...

DOHC - IIRC, you mentioned earlier that the dirtbag's father was actually the listed owner on the title. Don't forget to include his father's name on the suit in NH when you file it. Best of luck in all this!

I was hoping for a CA license plate, but I'll run the record on this one just to see.

Give me a day or two.

You may not need to file in person. I filed a small claims in Michigan from Florida, they mailed me the paper work and I mailed it back in. I had to go to Michigan only on the hearing day. Give the court house a call, they might even have the forms online.

Thanks for the heads up. I spoke with the clerk this morning. A signed letter requesting the form is now en route to his district court in Candia.

Don't you go bringing Mr. Peanut into this if you don't understand the history he brings to this website.

Don't you go lecturing me, boy. Mr. Peanut doesn't just make an appearance for any old thing. I'm going to find this Anthony "Tony" Simoneau shitbag and clamp his nuts in a vice.

His father's will be used. I do not believe he has any real estate/address of his own.

like I said before make sure to list his father as well, from all you have put out I still think he was the real owner of record.

That's ok if you add his father as well. If not, the notice may never be properly served. The parents are not required to forward the summons and can reject the paperwork from the sheriff.
