2004 Trim Piece - under climate

no clue what this is called or part number. After some disassembly I have found out that the coin and ashtray aren't the culprits of the issue. This trim piece has little plastic stops that hold the spring.

long story short, I need this trim piece, not the bins. I need it to have the plastic in tact, not snapped off like mine in pictures.

If you're so inclined, you can rig a cost-free solution to this. I've done it a number of times, as they all seem to break with use.

Pull that spring out, use a pair of pliers and/or vise to squeeze the end in the foreground to fit in the same slot as the other one. Always works for me, though it looks like yours might already have a crack starting in that area as well.
