Surprise!! There is already a "party-barge" in the pond, if that's what a double aluminum pontoon boat is referred to these days. The Adamsons put it in the pond last Saturday, but sadly, I believe it is off limits.

I'm about 4 pages behind on this thread...but are you referring to the pontoon boat being off limits...or the pond? I was planning on bringing my kayak...that pond has "bigassbass" written all over it!!!

From this thread on ROAV by Mike Mason http://roav.org/forum/index.php?topic=303.0:

"The owners have a conoe that is there sometimes, and currently a small pontoon boat. To my knowledge there has never been an 'official' take on the use of pond for swimming or boating. As of this time, I'd say that if you do bring something along, be prepared to only use it for decoration if asked. My belief is that the liability and scope of the event does not include watersports. I just got back from MAR. It was such a beautiful day today. I dropped off my RV and had to come home to get my kids from school. It's nice to live 30miles from the site. :)

The next few days look like a repeat of MAR '05. A little less rain a much colder.
It's gonna be MESSY!!!!!! Don't forget your umbrella's & rubber boots boys & girls!
