So, here it is for one final round....for a good home ~ $37k

vin SALAG254X7A418991 (if you car fax, it will show two owners, 1st my business bought as new, and then us as private owner until now)

2007 LR3 HSE (loaded as most 07 hse's were - 3rd row seats, 3rd row ac/heat, nav, etc, etc.)

29,600 miles as of this post. Will remain parked to stay in that condition. Services done by dealer. No service needed until 33k. Warranty in effect of course 4yr/50k miles having started around May 2007 so that leaves 2 yrs/20k miles. It can be extended by LR dealer.

The stock bumpers and any parts removed for kit install can be had if you pay for shipping from NC. The vehicle is IN Seattle. Could also include the stock 19" wheels, never used.

Mine had a BUNCH of other stuff as seen in the photos and also harder to "see" including the 2nd air tank and 2nd compressor by ARB. These are mounted on the passenger side in the symmetrically (mirror image of driver side) same way as the stock air tank and compressor. Both sides are protected by the 12" plate/sliders.

The rack on top is not included however the wiring that goes out to the roof is and you could wire up whatever you need simply to the single connector already in place and the switches everywhere inside.

We are in need of something different and I already have an 04 disco and we have an audi wagon so the lr3 is no longer "needed".

Details: 2007 LR3 HSE, Metallic Black w/ Tan interior fully loaded with LUX, SAT, NAV and HSE pkgs. *Metallic Black is the one color Land Rover applies in extra coatings for longer life and durability.

OK, to clarify, yes this is totally "set up" for serious trail and/or camping use (parts list below) but it has not been used very heavily. Therefore, it is in very good condition with no dents and nothing underneath has contacted any rocks or stumps. It was a project to fulfill and idea but is being replaced with something more appropriate for our needs. Thus the low mileage as well.

All standard services have been done by Rover dealers.
The body is perfect, the leather is clean with no damage anywhere (2nd and 3rd row seats have been folded closed and covered by rubber mat 100% of the time anyway keeping them perfect.

Parts list: (off-road and camping related):

(All ROOF ITEMS in photos such as RACK/AWNINGS are NOT INCLUDED however wiring for roof lights stays with vehicle to use as desired by new owner. There are a total of 6 plugs with 2 being for the rear. All are on 4 separate switches up front in the roof)

Window tinting is 3M all including sunroof, legal in all states at more than 35%

MODS/PARTS (rough initial costs):
$1300 ARB bumper - with factory fogs and parking sensors re-installed
$1000 WARN winch XD9000
$250 Hella 1000 black magic lamps on bumper with clear plastic stone shields

$1500 Rasta underbody plating (all 4 sections available for lr3 including radiator guards too)

$1600 Rock Sliders/undersill side protection plating with side rails by Rover Specialties (very protective of the air tank and compressor as well)

$2400 Rear bumper/tire carrier/jerry can holder by KAYMAR with parking sensors re-installed and license plate relocation with lamp.

$1000 Custom mod, Tire carrier was relocated more toward middle of car to allow better visibility of right rear tail lamps. A 2" receiver mount was added to the tire carrier arm to allow mounting of bike rack which keeps bikes on center as well as high from the ground and not using the tow hitch.

$100POWER INVERTER flush mounted in left rear panel wall
$500 ON BOARD AIR socket fed by ARB compressor mounted on right side vehicle with stock 2nd air tank similar to left side arrangement (both protected by rock slider plating)
3x 12V SOCKETS additionally mounted 1 at each very rear panel top and one near left side 2nd seat door panel section for Fridge, etc.
MAP LIGHTS & secondary DOME LIGHTS all run off 2nd battery, center dome lights run standard with normal stock time-out feature)

$400 Rear work lamps and/or forward roof lights switchable via 4 lit switches in front cockpit overhead. roof rack and lamps not included but it is all pre-wired (no roof holes were cut, all are powered through single line out with single plug for roof rack removal simplicity)

Interior and other photos available if seriously interested. If you don't "need" these items or don't want to pay fair value, it is probably not the best car for you. Yes you could find an older one with higher miles for much less and build yourself, this one is done very well though and ready to go. Perfect operational condition.

Stock 19" wheels also available in addition to stock bumpers and sills for the true long term enthusiast.

Did you leave the air susp stock or modify it? And not to beat up the price, but you do know '08s were discounted $22k last month? Very nice none the less...

you can't really "modify" it and swapping sensor arm crap is BS asking for things to break. I made some of those and "tried them on" once but it compromised the overall handling and integrity to much to consider leaving them there.

So, used 08 hse's are generally not as low as $37k and they do not have all the stuff. 08's are about the same as 07's anyway, etc, etc.

Unless you are just trying to be a snott, not sure why you would bring it up - as usual, it isn't an opinion thread, it's a for sale thread and this one is worth every penny of the price with all the extras.

He is bringing it up because new car prices will affect the value of used cars. And he even said he was not trying to beat you up. He is not giving you an opinion, he is stating facts.

"new" 08 hse's are not "going for" $34k. So, it's not "fact"

The used market is a funny thing. Regardless of what's where, this price is fair and is negotiable based on what's included or not.

better yet, what makes it a "real" lux pkg? wtf did you say "real" ? there aren't "unreal" versions. each year is what it is, not "real" vs unreal.

regardless, you're an asshole for posting it in this thread. start your own.

Thanks. A buyer who also wants the stock parts and/or the stock wheels will be rewarded - there are some cool extras that will be disclosed to the buyer. The price is of course negotiable based on what parts they want/don't want, the time frame, the terms, etc.

Trade options, hold plan, etc will be considered depending on the details. I'm in no rush and I'm not dependent on using it or replacing it either.
