4.6 DII motor wanted

Looking for a replacement motor for a buddy of mine who slipped a liner in his motor and does not want to have it rebuilt. Any one have a 4.6 laying around? Would a older 3.9 from a 2000-2002 DII work as well??

A 2000-2002 d2 would not have a 3.9...they have 4.0's which the block can be used

At the moment I have 2 non-SAI 4.6s and one 4.6 short block- all from Bosch P38s so you wont have convert them. Does your buddy have secondary air injection? Got 4.0s as well.
