Yea, I know it's not a Rover but it is my all-time favorite truck and would make a hell of a tow vehicle...sure others here feel the same way. Best American 4x4 ever!

I know where there is a 4 door one of these with a V snow plow on the front and it's rotting in a junk yard behind a crack heads house. I've asked about buying it several times and been turned down each time. Of course i've always been there to take someone to jail so I don't think they like me very much. In fact the first time I noticed it I was chasing someone on foot after an assault call.

You can generally find really low original mileage Power Wagons - a lot were true farm/ranch trucks or brush trucks for rural fire departments and didn't get a lot of road use.
