Another one in the scrap yard. :(

nah, sold to a guy with a really nice tdi D90. He is pulling the axles out of my truck to build for his 90, and the 90 axles will then go under the D1. at least thats what he said.

That's not what it sounded like on his D90 Source thread. He probably just told you that to make you feel better about killing another D1. ;)

I'm the guy that bought it. Not really sure what to do with the truck. It is a really nice truck. I made the 35 minute drive home with it, with no issues. I started pulling the rear axle out, and it is nearly out, and now I am unsure what to do. Wife won't allow me to have another project rover. The issue is the axles out of this truck are rough and will need some time to clean up. I have the axles currently in the Defender that I can install. I can't have an axle less D1 sitting in my driveway for a month or two while I clean up the D1 axles, then swap the Defender ones in. My neighbors will kill me. More importantly my wife will kill me.

I just made a for sale post if someone wants parts off it, or the entire truck if they want.

Not trying to go against what I told OP, I was sincere. If I had time (and really space for it) I would fix the D1 and drive it as well. I have an 2010 Xterra as a daily driver so I am at a weird point where I don't need 3 trucks. The Defender is my toy, the Xterra is my daily, the Xterra is more reliable then the D1, the D1 is cooler.

I honestly feel guilty about "killing" this truck. It is really nice, and can tell OP really cared for it. A D1 owner should come rescue it from me.

I don't have the time to part it. Unfortunately in no position for a project right now. a friend of a friend said he may have wanted it, I'll reach out to him.

I know it's a nice truck, but there is someone out there with a really nice 94 cutlass ciera. Both aren't worth a lot of money.
