Have been researching this a lot so decided to find the elusive test resistors. Got Will Tillery, a great guy and great service, to send a used harness and box. Opened up the harness and found that the resistors
are in the loom that you see when the passengers footwell carpet is lifted. Runs along the tunnel and then up the bulkhead. Opened up the tube and there are two Brn/W wires and two W/Brn wires with the resistors. Opened up the heatshrink and found both resistors o.k. Put new ones in anyway and boxed it all up. Put the new ECU in and haven't seen the error sisnce. So before ripping the loom out and replacing it try the ECU. Incidentally the Rovacom Lite page plug diagram is wrong. They have both airbag pins wrong.
Hope this saves someone some hassle

PT, if you need a harness for the SRS I'm sure I have one you can have for a few bucks. Let me know and I'll check around here for it. I also have modules and the front crash sensors as well.

Yes I do have the pin out but it is at home and I won't be back there until friday night. I will put it on here when I get back if that will help.
Cheers

The pin out is as follows. 1=12v fuse F7, 4=W/Bn test resistor 1, 5= W/Bn
test resistor1, 7=G/Blu Crash sensor R, 8=R/Blu Crash sensor R, 9= G/W crash sensor L, 10=R/W Crash sensor L, 11=Y/G diag socket, 12=LG Instrument panel, 13= Bk instrument panel, 14=Ppl Instrument panel, 15=
W Pasngr airbag, 16= Blu Pasngr airbag, 17= Y Driver airbag, 18= R Driver
airbag, 20= Diag socket, 21= Bk Diag socket ground, 22= Gy Instrument
panel, 23= Bn/W test resistor 2, 24= Bn/W test resistor 2, 26= Bk/Blu
Crash sensor R, 27= Bk/W Crash sensor L
These are all for NAS spec 1995 RRC.
Resistor values are 2.5 ohms 1 Watt. Diag socket is below steering wheel
behind kick panel.
Hope this helps
