You know it would be great to fly into Portland, ME next week and have this truck waiting for me so I can drive it to the house in Nova Scotia.

I'm just sayin'.
You know, the timing would be perfect. Doug would have owned the truck for about 2-3 days and would be looking to sell at that point.

My name is Art Vigil and I approved this message. :)
Thanks to Dave and everyone else for the kind words, I'm humbled and really do count myself fortunate to be part of such as great community of enthusiasts. At the end of the day it's about the people and you all are the best, except for Daniel Covaciu who has No Balls (old joke).

Both vehicles are sold, pending receipt of the deposits. Thanks to everyone, on to the next Rover.

Kind Regards,
Art Vigil

Thanks Art - it is the community here that really made me feel so comfortable in buying the truck so fast and sending you a deposit today with nothing but a "virtual handshake". :)

So assuming you're no Tony Simmonu or however you spell that shit heads name I'll be a happy RRC owner soon!

Looking at tickets, and also shipping. It's about 50/50 being worth it to drive it, however it would be fun of course. I could also plan to stop by Carlisle PA on the way back as i do have space reserved there (been going there for 25+ years with my father, same space every time "Spring Carlisle" space IN84)

Awesome! If you lack basic geographic skills and take a route that comes remotely close to me I will provide you with strong drink and spare parts.

Or better yet, when are you going? I will take the red eye out to Denver and and we can do a denver to Kentucky in one long hard burn, my wife is a fine cook and I have spirits of various nature then you can take off again the next day for your trip home.

Re: '95 RRC TWR edition SOLD!

Okay, it's official. I just received the deposit so the vehicle is SOLD!

Thank you everyone for your interest. While I am having a bit of sellers remorse, I'm happy it's going to a great new owner.
Thanks Doug, I look forward to meeting you in person.

Best,

Maine needs the odd rust free truck here and there. :) Keeps things in balance.

Now to keep "Maine" from eating all of the truck away in 3 years! Ugg. I probably will not use it in the winters but on nice days and at the "Winter Romp".
