The few that I've seen had the VIN stamped on it and on one of the other lines, the specifics for that particular vehicle were stamped as well.

I am not aware of a decoder ring for the lower lines, but I've only seen a Kalahari, an XD, and a Defender that was somehow special and had the SVO tag on it.

Well i once heard a story about a batch of white D110's that were built for NATO by Special vehicles around 2001. The order was then canceled after 9/11 leaving them sitting there until they some how found their way to the US.

That is an XD Special Vehicles badge. There is no VIN, just the date and contract number.

there is alot fishy from what i heard and some seemingly reputable people(companies) involved.
