o Never had any issues with the 3 Amigos
Ok, Now here are the “baddies”…
-Numerous “Beauty Marks” and “Slight imperfections” in body panels. No major damage or leaks
-Slight drip from transfer case
-Washer fluid reservoir needs to be replaced
-Door lock actuators need to be replaced (doors still lock from inside, driver’s unlocks from outside w key)
-Key fob is pretty much useless as other than a “fob”
-Passenger rear shock squeaks
-Missing plastic clip for fuel door (still closes easily)
-Headliner is drooping in areas (I’m 6’2’ and I don’t notice it)
-Rear sway-bar removed, front still in place (both pro and con)
-She likes her oil. Keep a close eye on it but it’s not too bad
-Due to rear bumper, back up lights were incorporated into turn signals. When braking with turn signals on “clicking” speeds up. (All indicators work though. Instructions for using rear spot lamp as back up lamp located on http://www.discoweb.org. Search for “Greg Davis Rear Bumper Instructions”)
She's been an awesome truck. Doubled as my daily driveras well as my trail rig and has done many great week+ expeditions (Check out "Trans Nevada" @ http://www.expeditionportal.com) and most local trails in AZ. Would love to keep her but this is going to be an indefinite trip to South America.
