I just had all four rotors and pads done on my 98 D1 and now my ABS light is on. Is it possible that the shop that did it, messed up one of my wheel sensors when doing it? If so how hard are they to replace or do they just need to be adjusted??

go back to the shop and have them plug the comp in. it is possible that they accidentally pushed one of the sensors out. You could tap them all back in and "theoretically" the light would go out after a cycle or two.

Yes with a T4, Rovacomm, etc computer. Does your shop have one or are they a non Rover type shop? If so you'll need to find a shop that has one.

Is there anyway to find out which sensor is acting up?
yes, very easily.
Tap all the sensors in, start and drive the truck and see if the ABS light comes back up.
If it does, one or more sensors are flaky.
More often, the front sensors fail because of repeated bending of the sensor cable at the top of the sensor. You can diagnose it by disconnecting the sensors from the harness (inside the front wheelwells and above the rear axle), hooking up an ohmmeter to each sensor, and bend the cable coming out from the sensor in every which way. If the sensor's resistance stays the same (IIRC, about 1kOhm), it is more likely to be good. If it occasionally goes to infinity (loss of conductance), you've found your problem.

It does not address issues elsewhere, like chafed or burned wiring from the sensors to ABS brain box.

p.s. the rear sensors fail rarely, but it does happen.
