Advice needed FAST

I'm going to look at a parts truck tomorrow morning. Its 2hrs away. Owner said it has a "tick" noise. He said the OIL PRESSURE light came on last time he drove it. What can I do to limp this puppy home. Oil change in his driveway adding Rotella and a can of SeaFoam?
I leave at 6am and need to figure something out.

1/2 of a quart of diesel in the oil run it for 10 minutes unless the motor runs like crap. Do an oil change.
