I have the Terra Grapplers on 18s and the answer depends entirely on the snow and your definition of "deep." 5 inches of wet, heavy crud is not what I would call deep, but I've had mine out in that shit more than a couple times and they tend to pack up if the temperature is in the mid 20's or 30's. I wound up stuck for a couple hours on one trip and nearly walked out.
I've also had them out in a foot of dry fluff and they were respectable, but the temperature was in the single digits, if not lower. They did a decent job of blasting through. If you frequently drive in deep snow your best bet is something with studs, but I gather from your post you're looking for a 12 month tire.
