So how is it illegal if it is denied entry?

Seems to me it is only illegal if it is granted entry illegally?

denied entry...opted not to return it to the UK(if that's we it came from)...it's then destroyed for not being legal in the US...nothing new or unusual...just happens to a Defender in the picture

If I run for president, bullshit like this (along with those millions of government-issue pens nobody wants) will be one major focus of my campaign.

Yeah, you seem a little high strung for that. I can see somebody reaching for their waist band and ending up with a grapefruit spoon in their throat.

The way I see it - if you wanna play the VIN swap game with the feds go ahead. Just know the risks - this being one of them. I think the rules are pretty straight forward. I think it's more fucked up that you can marry your cousin in Virginia.
