Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Spent ours with my son who is a Jag/Rover Corporate "FIXITALL" guy in Tx. It was not a traditional turkey day, he grilled beef skewers with red and green bell peppers marinated in red wine sauce, 2nd course was grilled pork and cherry tomato skewers with an orange sauce, 3rd course grilled hickory bacon wrapped shrimp with sea salt, and the last was bacon wrapped chicken! Decided THIS is our NEW Tradition for Thanksgiving! Now back to business, my plan this coming year is to buy as many Rovers as I can and really keep parts and vehicles on the web for sale or trade, my ph# is 731-610-8890 this is my cell and it stays pretty busy so leave a message if you can and I'll get back to you. Considering changing my user name to something that is poker related, send me your thoughts! Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season, Rich and family:banghead:

I bought a wrecked truck from this guy once that supposedly had a cracked oil pan for 1500. It had a busted block, busted tranny and busted t case he forgot to mention. He promised "make it right" I got the princely sum of 100 dollars back in the mail. I know some other people who have ordered parts from him and got them and they seemed ok. Just a heads up.

Marty, that Rover was my wife's everyday driver. I'm sorry about the incident with the Rover but I did not know the extent of damages because I had no way to get it in my shop at the time of the accident. There were several people wanting it at the time and I just wanted it gone. I was not actively in the Rover parts business either, I sold it with good intentions and as I recall it was very reasonable. My son had borrowed it to haul a 4 wheeler home from Arkansas. A lady ran a stop sign looking for her cellphone, hit him in right front fender putting him in direct path of a 1 ton box truck that hit him head on. I had over $7000. in that rover, the lady had state minimum Insurance that paid me $2000. bucks and I ate the rest. Slamming me here on Discoweb is uncalled for and I have never posted anything bad that I've heard about you. My son is Matt, works for LandRover/Jaguar, he lives in the Dallas area and he has bought parts from you for both of us and I would like to do business with you in the future. Maybe down the line we can help each other with parts and help bridge the loss you expressed, thanks Rich PS I'm looking for a 2" lift for my wifes 2000 Disco II
