Hi all,

Just got back from two back to back deployments, started up my disco and it killed me with code. Codes are:

P0300
P0303
P0302

and pending Code:

P1668

Truck is a 1999 Disco II with 65000 miles; lots of mods but none engine related.

Obviously the first three codes are related to misfiring cylinders. My first thought was new wires and plugs. I last replaced these back at approximately 30000 miles in 2004 with Magnecor 8mm.

Any thoughts/advice. Help a returning sailor out

I just went through this with the P38 from Hell.

Clear the codes, charge the battery, make sure the battery clamps are good and tight.

New wires and plugs are the first step to solving misfires on Motronics engines.
