just finding that as my little ones are growing, i'm running out of room.
got an SD lined up, and though i detest the full racks, it will better serve my purposes for the time being.

worth noting that i bet any picts marc post of this rack will show it on his truck backwards, he too lazy to correct it.

i routinely carry (2) 1620 pelican cases, (2) bundles of wood, and (2) jerry cans on this rack. below shown w/ (2) 1620 pelicans

the beauty of it not having sides is that you dont gain any height.
plus being a half rack there is zero rack/wind noise.
super nice little rack, but unfortunately, one that i've out grown.

Just a push for Marc, I've got a KVT rack (um, mine is on straight!) and it's been great. Low profile. Will carry plenty and has aged just fine (except for the mount tabs).
It's worth it and it's a collector's item!! lol!

Why hasent anyone started to replicate and sell these great racks? This is one of my favorite racks and you can only buy them used. Kyle intersted in selling your design?
