Just wanted to pass on my experience with about a grand worth of product purchased from Be Cool, cooling specialists. The literature isn't exact nor accurate. Tech support after the fact has been derogatory and unhelpful. If you plan on dealing with them, call them directly before you place an order. After you get the 411, ask to speak to a couple or three others there for more opinions.
Better yet, just don't do business with them, they were real dicks on the phone to me when I called customer service. </rant>
