Tonight I've got an almost full case of Miller Lite care of Lunchbox's buddy who left it at our camp and didn't take home before they left. I tried to donate it to AFIrover's GB, but apparently he's on the wagon for a few weeks.
So thank you Andrew.

Damn, I am the opposite; love the Belgian beers (Gulden Draak, Rochefort, etc.) but am not a big hop fan. Although some of the milder hoppy beers like Port City's Pale Ale have grown on me lately.
That was the. Interesting part. He was in Belgium for so long drinking those, he thought my IPAs were way too bitter. Hex was trying the Bells Two
Hearted Ale. He switched to a Belgian.

After sharing the "worlds #1&2 beers" I went back to my two hearted.

(And later Dogfishhead 90 min)

anyone had jai alai white oak from cigar city? was finally able to get some cans when I was at the brewery. flew home with those and some 2014 homefront ipa. homefront is really solid (much better than previous attempts), pretty similar to white oak if you ask me.

according to our friends in cali whom love adding chemicals to their ever expanding proposition 65.

anyhow, mass produced beer is shit. its rice water with corn syrup. i like how budweiser claims they have specialist who know exactly how to mix batches perfectly to get the same flavor consistently, as if that is a special trick. they should be brewing one batch and bottling, not mixing batches.

support local craft breweries who actually use real ingredients and make a real beverage.

keep forgetting to check back in on this one. last night had some big bad baptist on tap @ Epic.

last week was great, did some Alpine Pure Hopiness and their Nelson. Also did w00tstout at stone, on cask, incredible, at 13.5% ABV you have to be careful. If you are out in San Diego check the taps @ Societe brewing, their beers are top notch, the pupil and bachelor both great. they had a single hop amarillo that was worthy enough of a growler fill for me.
