Where did you find the sound track? I was told it was unavailable.

My husband and I both read "Into the Wild" back when it came out....and re-read it before the movie was released. That's one of the few new movies/DVDs we have bought recently. It was was well done, kept close to the book and I LOVED hearing Eddie again. Wish he would release another solo album. The soundtrack is on all our iPods!

Best sound tracks being the original question, one of the best has to be the good, the bad and the ugly. I've heard a metallica cover of the song playing during the scene where Tuco is searching the graveyard but I can't remember its title???

And, depending on what type of music you like, there are a ton of great soundtracks out there. I have quite a collection that are more classical/instrumental movie music, but some have lots of new and unreleased bits.

Check out the track from the movie "Blow"....also "Elizabethtown" (there are actually 2) and "Garden State." "Gone in 60 seconds" was a good heart-pumper.

"Finding Forrester" was great for Miles Davis/jazz fans.

I'll x2 on Elizabethtown. Hackers was a good one when you're in a techno mood. And I love Tank Girl...any soundtrack with Bjork, Belly and Joan Jett is gonna get a big thumbs up from me.
