Dang, I'd be pissed! And file a chargeback with the credit card company. I guess they don't give a shit about their customers.

I'm still trying to figure out how to work their dual battery tray. Fat chance of trying to get a refund so I may have to modify it.

Steer clear from Columbia overland, imo. If you google around, you will find many stories of poor service.

Got my table made yesterday. They cut, routed, and rounded the corners for me.

I also caved big time and bought a makita combo kit.
There's a deal for $200 hammer drill, impact driver, 2 batts, and charger. Plus you get a free bare tool so I picked the angle grinder (139$ value)

If you're referring to my dual battery tray, I received it a little over 3 weeks after ordering. I did not purchase their rear door panel.
