Caliper identification help needed!

As the title says, I need help identifying a set of four brake calipers. I ordered these a LONG time ago (not quite a year but greatly past standard return time) from Rockauto. Checked the part numbers on the boxes but did not open them, and now finally went to have them installed. Shop who did the work & who are knowledgable in old british cars called during the install when they saw the wrong parts. They found new rears local at Napa & ordered two new fronts from AB. Job is done… Rover is happy. Now I need help identifying them to get them returned (Rockauto does not want to except the return as of now), or contact Beck Arnley to see what they will do since they did the reman & misboxed the parts & shipped direct, or try to recoup some $$ by selling them.

These were ordered for my 1988 RRC. Pictures on Rockauto were correct but do not match parts. Fronts look like they may be D90s except one has 2 banjo brake line connectors & the other has 1. One rear my be correct except for the banjo & the other maybe D90 or 95 RRC from some google imaging…… I don't know.

Caliper 1 Lockheed 3242-292 C rear
Caliper 2 Lockheed 3242-293 C rear
Caliper 3 Lockheed 3247-637 C front
Caliper 4 Lockheed 3247-638 C front

Thanks in advance and if I am unable to return these they will be for sale.

Kevin, I can't tell you what these are, but I can say that the fronts do not look like my Defender front calipers. Sounds mysterious and too bad the vendor is not being helpful- good luck figuring it out.

Can't you stick the Part #'s in Rock Auto and have it tell you what vehicle it's for? Pretty much all the parts places have a disclaimer stating the pictures may not be accurate.
Google works pretty well, too. ;)

Brilliant idea… why didn't I think about that.

The rears appear to be correct for a RRC…. except for an extra bleed screw in one & both with banjo bolts. Double checked the fittings & they are the Rover metric size. For some strange reason they put the banjos in which confused me & my mechanics.

As for the fronts, definitely not a match for my 88 RRC though the magical Google shows it may fit. Exceptions which I see… one has only one inlet and both use the spring style hardware. Magical Google also says for non-vented discs on Discovery 1, Range Rover 1986-1994, Range Rover to 1985.

Regarding the disclaimer, one of the first things Rock asked was 'do the calipers look like the photos'.

I was hoping the knowledge base here on Dweb was stronger than just searching the interweb. The last thing I want to do is sell a part here with wrong information especially a major brake part.
