I've checked the usual suspects and no joy. Anyone know where I can pick up a caliper rebuild kit (just seals not the piston kit on AB) for the front of my 97' D1?

Rover North may have what you need. here is the link to the page in the catalog. Looks lile item #16 are the seals

I would have thought you would have no trouble getting them. They are $27 Australian per side and you get them anywhere here.
Kits
You can find them in the States...but most places sell remmanned calipers for 90.00 or so anyway...In the long run it may be worth it...

Michael, Atlantic British sells the rebuild kit which is only seals. I just purchased and installed it for my DII for about $30 for the front and $16 for the rear.
Unless I missed the one for my DI the only kits I saw on there were for the DII's; or by chance are they the same kit? I'll go back and browse AB again.roverthen said:

It seems that on their website they only offer a kit up to '95. Give them a call though, I can't imagine they would sell it for DII's and not DI's.

All Australian D1 have the same kit in fact the kit is the same for Range rovers back to the 80's. I just did the fronts on Dad's TDI 97.
