Who's disco is the one with the fender flares. I think it's my favorite I've ever seen besides my own. It looks awesome with the flares.

tim, from chattanooga, and those are DAP flares. well built rig.
It appears to have the wrong tires for the job though.

I saw the right up on POR on the Cruiser. That guy did an awesome job in one week.

Here's a couple more pics of the rangie. In the beginning of the trip, I was worried that the RR may have trouble with some of the trails. Not the case, the truck performed flawlessly even with the street tires.

Yeahha DT, noice one!

John- Never heard of it.. We used to have 'Aetna Mtn' which is in S.TN and N. AL but the area has since been closed off. Rebel Rock Runners have access to some of the area but its mainly rock gardens for trail buggies.

I'll see if I can find more info on estill fork.

Windrock sound fun, but its a haul and gas prices will have to drop some before I can make it.

Why dont you panzies come over here to western ky and ride Turkey Bay. This weekend Im riding with a group jeeps, yotas, sammys, broncos. Really a nice bunch group of folks. And they know the place real well. It is a lot of fun and very little riding around on dirt roads looking for trails. Basically, one obstacle after another.

We are going fri afternoon and camping. Most are camping and wheeling sat and sun. Love to have more Rover friends. Im sure the 4Runner would like to see the portaled LC, too. I know I would.

Here is what I have found on what is known as the "Iron Gap Trail"

This is a public, unkept 'road' that runs just south of Winchester, TN (Belvidere) down across the TN/AL border to Estill Fork, AL.

It runs rougly 10 miles on the TN side, and 6 miles on the AL side; for a 16 mile one-way trip.

In runs across WMA and Watershed land, but requires no permits.

The TWRA/EPA officers request however, to not 'run the creekbeds'. Crossing creeks is fine, just not running the creeks as if they are trails.

Tim, if Im not mistaken, TNRovers is running this trail in May.

Let's do a Harlan trip before the big Southern Shine Crawl at the end of May.
Here's some pictures from a few weeks ago...

Hey John, can you pm, or email me any directions to trail heads on that Iron Gap Trail. I am heading up 65 from the south in a few weeks, and that would make a good detour.
